Ranny Albious is described as 5-foot-4, 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Officer Sheldon Nakamoto at 326-4646, extension 303.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
